Solar Module Panel Assembly & Pre-Inspection Table
- Glass, solar cell, EVA and TPT are assembled on this table.
- Table top is made of tempered glass.
- There are lightings underneath glass.
- The table is also equipped with testing devices which are used to measure current and voltage of solar module.

Solar Module Panel Inspection Rack
Assembly solar module is put on this rack for inspection. There is mirror which helps to find out defects easily and faster.

Solar Module Horizontal Storage Cart
- After assembly and test, solar modules are placed on this cart and is ready for assembly.
- There are multi-layers which holds several solar modules at one time.
- Each layer is made of few holding pins covered with plastic or rubber sleeve which prevents scratch and sliding of solar modules.
- Heavy duty welded steel structure avoids shaking and overturn especially when moving
- There are swiveling and lockable wheels and the cart is freely moved to subsequent laminating station.

Glass Vertical Storage Rack
Glass is temporarily stored in this rack prior to solar module assembly. It is steel structure with wheels. The rack is freely moved around within workshop.
