PVB Laminated Glass Inspection, Registration and Assembly Conveyors

After glass is washed and dried, glass is moved to this conveyor which consists of three parts, inspection, registration and assembly. It is strong metal roller conveying structure and is suitably treated and varnished. The conveyor is driven by speed adjustable motor.

Inspection

It is an electro-welded tubular steel structure with rollers. There are fluorescent lamps underneath rollers. After washing, glass is transported to this inspection conveyor. When glass is above fluorescent lamps, it is checked if it is clean and dry enough for lamination.

Registration

The registration conveyor is used to position the glass prior to laminating so that pieces of glass lay up in perfect alignment. It is an electro-welded tubular steel structure with rollers. There is also a metal structural frame with castors under roller conveyor. When glass arrives in this registration conveyor, pneumatic cylinder raises up the castors frame. Glass is then registered freely on castors against stoppers.

Assembly

It is an electro-welded tubular steel roller structure. PVB film is sandwiched in between pieces of glass in this assembly conveyor.
