Electromagnetic Shielding Glass
COATED SHIELDING GLASS
Using the specific process, dense ITO conductive film is formed on the surface of ordinary or toughened glass. Therefore, it owns such advantages as high transmission, no optical distortion and good environmental suitability and its numerical value of resistance of surface film is 5~14Ω.

WIRE NET SHIELDING GLASS
Electromagnetic shielding glass by two (or film) glass, resins and the special treatment of the metal net under high temperature and high pressure in the synthesis. Shielded by stainless steel mesh screen through special processing technology, electromagnetic interference generated decay and glass shield on the observation of various graphics (including dynamic color images). The optical distortion free EMC glass is high-fidelity and high-definition in features. EMC has asked for all windows, with anti-electromagnetic interference, prevention of information leakage and explosion-proof function. In order to apply various occasions, a variety of purposes, at present, the types of electromagnetic shielding glass shield a flat glass, glass shield surfaces, heating membrane shield glass, electric heating network shielding glass, steel and glass shield, such as bullet-proof glass shield. The screen net shielded glass can also be made according to requirements of different combinations for various functions of the electromagnetic shielding glass products.
Folder on the glass screen shielding network of shielding can be divided into three categories, A, B and C.
- Category A - Kaohsiung effect electromagnetic shielding glass: 30 MHz ~ 1 GHz band, the fine wire net’s shielding effectiveness in more than 70 ~ 80 dB, about 35% transmission, mainly for CRT / LCD monitors, instruments and instrumental display glass. High transmittance electromagnetic shielding glass: performance of low mesh shielding net is more than 55 dB with more than 70% of transmission. It is mainly used for LCD monitors, instrumentation devices and instrument display windows.
- Category B - electromagnetic shielding glass: 30 MHz ~ 1 GHz bandwidth, B stalls net imports of glass shield shielding effectiveness in more than 60 dB, transmittance for about 45 percent, mainly used for shielding windows, a high standard shielded room windows. Net mesh is 165.
- Category C - electromagnetic shielding glass: 30 MHZ ~ 1 GHZ band, the shielding effectiveness in more than 40 dB, about 55 percent transmittance. It is mainly used for general standards of shielding room window. Head of imports by 80 / 130 mesh conductive fiber network, or 100 mesh net.
ELECTRIC HEATED SHIELDING GLASS
Electric heating shielding glass has minimum thickness of 1mm and can have multi structure according practical design requirements.
- Electric heating film shielding glass owns double functions of electric heating defogging and anti-frosting and electromagnetic shielding, with structure of heating layer plus coated glass shielding layer.
- Electric heating net shielding glass has double functions of electric heating defogging and anti-frosting and silk net shielding, with structure of electric heating layer plus silk net glass shielding layer.
Electric heating shielding glass is used for windows with heating defogging & anti-frosting requirements. Owning to its specific structure, technical data such visible range size of window, design power, line resistance numerical value and loading voltage shall be precisely provided in the design drawing and required insulation resistance to ensure security shall also be provided. Conductive convergence copper position shall have enough distance, with recommended distance larger than 3 mm.
