All shielding window products are manufactured according users’ requirements or their design drawings which shall include followings:

Normative drawing, specious dimension, marked R angle of glass, reserved edge sealing dimension of twine, preciously given twine angel to avoid interference fringes; marked loading voltage, required heating power or resistance numeral value between convergence fringes and effective size of visual area on heating shielding window.

  • Normal thickness of electromagnetic shielding glass is 2.5mm and 4.5mm.
  • Other specifications in thickness have 1.0 / 1.5 / 1.8 / 2.5 / 3 /4.5 / 5 / 6.5 / 8.8mm. At present, electromagnetic shielding glass has minimum thickness of 1.0mm and unlimited maximum thickness. Toughened display window glasses in electric shelter or shielding room are recommended, with total thickness of 8.8mm. Ultra-thin and thicker toughened glass is available on request.
  • Normal thicknesses of organic PC shielding window are 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 1.8 / 2.2 / 2.6 / 3.2 / 4.2 / 6.5 mm. All are custom manufactured according to requirements.
  • Visual effects may be different when wire shielding window is applied to various machine model. Therefore, following terms shall be pay attention when ordering EMC shielding windows if machine models are changed.
    • Distance between shielding window and screen when designing (available sample probation). The best distance, the best is the performance.
    • Different number of shielding windows and display screen will produce optical interference fringes, namely Moire fringe. At this time, straight network sample shall be needed for goniometry. Its method is that straight network sample is placed in front of screen horizontally according to installation distance (vertical), and slowly rotated certain angle. We carefully finds the best visual effects to avoid Moire fringe, then record included angle between wire longitude (parallel) line and horizontal level of display screen. This angle is that of shielding network when producing shielding window.
