• The film is a little under tension when roll winding up during production. Cutting approximately 3% more in length and width is required.
• When it is the first time to use a new type of EVA film or from a new supplier, it is recommended to carry out testing, before mass production, until the most optimum processing parameters are obtained.
• No hard pull on film to prevent from distortion.
• No direct film contact with bare hand to prevent from reducing viscidity
• Keep away from moisture
• Used up within 48 hours after unpack
• During cutting and assembly, it is recommended to get rid of electrostatic which accumulated in solar modules
