One Glass per Batch for Medium Low Production

Without Graphic Film
- A reusable glass substrate is required prior to operation. Glass substrate is placed on vacuum silicon sheet.
- Layers of glass, EVA film, back film are well assembled with back film faces downward while glass faces upward.
- Well assembly laminate is loaded on top of glass substrate with back film gets in direct contact with glass substrate.
- After heating and vacuuming are done, finished laminated glass is removed from vacuum bag except glass substrate which is left for next batch of production.
With Graphic Film
