This line can be converted to IG-L-RS to make insulated glass with rubber strip spacer by substituting conveyor with a floatation table and additional heaters on roller press machine. This upgraded model could make two types of insulated glass, aluminum spacer bar and rubber strip spacer. When making insulated glass with aluminum spacer bars, this table acts as floating and conveying. This flexible and budget design is very suitable for small and medium glass fabricators.
