Operation

Squeegee Bar Moves at Proper Speed for Required Image Quality
  • Air blower below printing bed is turned on. Glass is manually loaded onto glass screen printing machine front way or sideway with the help of air floatation. When glass is positioned, air blower is turn off. Rotation could be reversed to create vacuum to hold glass firmly in place, if necessary.
  • Stencil begins to lower down. Squeegee bar depresses and starts to move longitudinally on stencil while images are being formed on glass surface. In the mean time, peel off mechanism is activated synchronizing with squeegee bar moving speed. When squeegee bar travels to the end, it rises up and meanwhile, flood bar depresses and starts to move backward and bring ink to where it begins.
  • After printing cycle is complete, air blower is turn on to create air cushion for easy glass unloading.
