Introductiion

LG-AC-B is an infra-red heated autoclave. Unlike LG-AC-A series autoclave, LG-AC-B autoclave does not require heat circulation. It emits heat irradiation directly all the way to PVB interlayer. It does not need hot air fan blower nor fan driven motor. LG-AC-B has additional more than 1000mm usable length than LG-AC-A when both external lengths are the same. LG-AC-B series autoclave is a necessary air pressure vessel to produce laminated glass with PVB interlayer or any other films that require bonding under pressure. Autoclave is always incorporated to laminating line with pre-assembly, pre-heating or pre-vacuum process. Melting of interlayer films and final bonding of laminated glass are accomplished in autoclave.
