Structure

It Consists of Loading Magazine Rack, Incline Table, Bending System, Cutting & Control System

Spacer bars are loaded in magazine rack. Incline table is a structure where spacer bars are bent and lean. Bending system is composed of bending tools, support rollers and pneumatic system. Cutting system includes motorized cutting blade to cut spacer bar instantaneously. Control system is used to control the complete automatic and frame data transfer and storage.

Procedure

All Operations Of IG-SBB-FA Are Done Fully Automatically

  • Spacer bars, with one end already inserted with metal straight connector, are loaded on magazine rack.
  • Each piece of spacer bar is feed into incline table automatically. Spacer lengths of each bending are already pre-set in control system. During feeding, spacer stops automatically when it arrives at set length.
  • Bending tool begins to work. After first bending, spacer starts to feed automatically again until it arrives at next set length. Second bending begins to work. This is repeated until spacer frame is form.
  • When bending is completed, spacer is cut into exact length automatically. One end of spacer is already inserted with a straight connector. Operator is required to insert the connector to the other end. A complete spacer frame is then achieved.
  • Spacer begins to feed to the machine again and the cycle is repeated. When each piece of spacer bar comes to an end, next piece of spacer bar is feed from magazine. Front end of subsequent spacer is connected automatically to the tail end of prior spacer by means of straight connector. It minimizes spacer wastage and meanwhile, this continuous feeding of spacer ensures non-stop of spacer supply.
