Operation

• Detach top cover of silicon blanket from silicon bed.
• Place well assembled glass, plastic sheet and/or composite on silicon bed.
• Make sure sufficient enough space of free air passages between glass and blanket edges.
• Cover the glass with top silicon blanket.
• Press and seal edges.
• Make sure edges and corners are interlock properly.
• Connect silicon tube to vacuum system.
• When production cycle is complete, unlock edges and corners seal. Make sure silicon blanket is cool enough to handle before handling.
