Heating System

The heating system consists of carefully selected infra red heating elements controlling by PLC. The heating profile is done automatically. When all drawers are fully loaded with glass, all heating elements are switched on. When only one drawer is loaded with glass, only those heating elements placing above and below the drawer are switched on. All other drawers with empty glass loading are not heated. This greatly reduces heating power consumption.
