Butyl Tape

- Easy apply on two sides of any spacer bars with simple IG-BTC butyl tape coating tool
- Coated on curve or shape spacer bars that butyl extruding machine simply could not achieve
- Standard 0.5mm thick butyl tape
- Thicker 0.7mm butyl tape is available when insulating tempered glass which is not perfectly flat
- Available in two types of elasticity
- BST-A is more elastic for one chance of assembly on glass (repeated positioning of spacer bar would damage butyl tape)
- BST-B is less elastic allowing repeated spacer bar positioning
- 2 years shell life when stored under dry & room temperature
