Introduction
It is a budget automotive glass preprocessing line for loading, cutting, breakout, seaming, washing, drying, powder applying and unloading. Powdering section is particular design to spray separating powders on windshields. Powder is used to prevent two pieces of windshield from sticking and fusing during bending. It is a complete preprocessing line for highest throughput of automotive glass production at lowest possible capital investment. The inline machines eliminate glass handling such as glass loading and unloading. This increases productivity while also prevents glass from scratching.
