Antimicrobial Glass & Anti-Bacteria Glass

Principle

Antimicrobial Glass Suppress and Eliminates Bacteria

Surfaces of anti-bacteria glass is covered by nano materials which adhere firmly on glass surfaces. The coating is a chemical mixture containing Ag+ silver ion. The Ag ion is activated to achieve the suppression and elimination of bacteria. Bacteria, fungi and mold carry negative charges. Anti-bacteria ion carry positive charge. When micro-organism attaches on anti-bacteria glass surface, chemical reaction begins. Cell wall of bacteria is attacked until it is broken. Protein of bacteria is then de-activated. Consequently bacteria is suppressed and eliminated.
