Process Instruction
for polymer disperse liquid crystal (PDLC) purposes
 
1. When the well-assembled glass with EVA is loaded, vacuum is started,.

2. Then it is increased from room temperature until the glass surface reaches about 80 oC. It is then kept at this temperature for about 10-30 minutes, depending on glass thickness.

3. Then, the glass surface is cooled down to 40 oC.

4. The vacuum is then turned off and the glass can be unloaded.


Remarks

This process instruction is only for reference. The procedure and data are vary depending on,

1. the design and structure of the oven.
2. glass thickness
3. the characteristic of PDLC film.

Therefore, trial and test is required to obtain the most optimum procedure and data.

The temperature mentioned above always refers to glass surface temperature.
