Vacuum Chamber
- It is a sturdy welded carbon steel structure and is reinforced by #18 steel profiles. Dome liked door is open outward.
- Special design hinge allows easy door opening and closing.
- Durable gaskets and relevant accessories guarantee perfect air seal.
- There is view window allowing observation during operation. There are track rails on chamber floor.
Vacuum System
- Vacuum system consists of diffusion pump, roots pump, rotary pump and slide valve pump.
- Diffusion pump core is made of stainless steel. Pump case is made of carbon steel. Two steps cooling water runs in copper tube around the case.
- All vacuum valves are pneumatic controlled.
- Flanges are made of carbon steel and pipes are made of stainless steel.
- Vacuum meter is multiplex.
Evaporation System
- There is a transformer for evaporation. Evaporation power supply employs pneumatic electrode input structure.
- Pressure regulator is oil base. Evaporation speed is adjusted by frequency converter. Evaporation ammeters are installed in three phases. Evaporation electric currents are displayed clearly during evaporation.
- Pneumatic input electrode connectors are installed on top of vacuum chamber. This is to guarantee electric contact at best performance.
Rack
- Substrates are put inside this rack. The substrates could be flat, curve, large or small. If necessary, proper jigs and fixtures may be required to hold substrates in positions.
- Rack runs on track rails lie on chamber floor. The rack easily moves in and out vacuum chamber.
- If substrates are sheets such as glass, plastic and metal panels, they are usually placed vertically in the rack.
Control System
- The vacuum system is controlled by PLC. It could be run in automatic or manual mode.
- All electrical and electronic parts and components are reliable and durable.
- When there is no water, it alarms.
