Features
- Acoustic Enclosure
- Air Filtering System
- Blowers
- Motorized Flaps
Air blower is put inside a noise depressing box with air ducts connecting to the drying section
- The blower box is located above the drying section and is equipped with acoustic dust free insulation.
- The enclosure consists of two parts. One is for the filters and another for the blower.
- The filter chamber is equipped with access door with lock. The access door is used during filter replacement and other maintenance.
- There is ladder accessing to the filter chamber.
- There is another door accessing to the blower chamber. The blower chamber is large enough to allow easy maintenance.
The system is equipped with pressure differential detector
- When the filter is blocked, the detector would send an alarm signal to remind operator to have the filter cleaned or replaced.
- The system includes F5 pre-filter and F7 pocket filter.
- The filter is easily dismounted and re-assembled.
Blowers
- The blower is equipped with vibration controller, pressure switch and blower motor which is coil encapsulated with high temperature detection sensor.
- The blower is set on vibration-proof absorbers and the air outlet is flexibly connected.
Motorized flaps are used during blower starting and temperature adjustment
- In order to guarantee the chamber's air pressure, the temperature inside the chamber is controlled to a certain range by motorized flaps.
- There are two motorized flaps, fresh air inlet flap and recycled air flap.
- When air temperature of the drying section exceeds set value, the opening of air inlet flap is enlarged. Meanwhile, the opening of recycled air flap gets smaller. When air temperature of the drying section is below set value, the two flaps work on contrary.
- When the blower is starting, the flap is closed.
- When the washing machine conveyor is stopped, the flap is closed.
