Introduction

Xinology CS series chemical strengthen glass production system is an oven designed equipment. It comes also with a bath filled with potassium salt and specially prepared catalyst. It is made use of ion exchanging process between alkali ions of glass and potassium ions in salt. The chemical reaction is carried out under a temperature far below glass softening point. During the ion exchanging, stress is created on glass surface. More potassium ions would migrate into glass when bathing time is longer. The stress goes deeper into glass and consequently, the glass strength becomes higher.
