Drying Oven
Drying oven could be incorporated in line to screen printer to form a complete printing line. Printed glass is dried out immediately after printing. No handling is required. This eliminates unnecessary contamination. Drying oven always include cooling section.
Glass Racks
They are used to store glass. It is a multi-layers wire structure. Each layer is individually tilted up and down. Printed glass is stored horizontally. The racks are helpful especially when printed glass is natural dried instead of hot dried.
Ink Preparation Machine
Inks provided by manufacturers are usually not ready for use in screen printing. They are required to prepare before putting on screen printer. Ink preparation machine is used to prepare the inks until it is ready for screen printing.
Squeegee Bar Sharpening & Grinding Machine
Ink bars are always in direct contact with screen under high pressure. Screens are usually made of nylon and polyester which are tough. Bars become wear and tear and lose sharpness after operated for some time. They are required to be refurbished. This machine is used to grind the bars until it is recovered to requested sharpness.
