Tiltable Glass Loading Table (optional)

• This table is put upstream right before the entrance conveyor. It is composed of two parts, one upper and one lower. It is built in suitably treated and varnished tubular steel.
• Both lower and upper parts are designed to support heavy weights. The upper part is linked to the lower part by steel supports with ball bearings.
• The tilting of the table is carried out by means of two hydraulic cylinders driven by a small hydraulic aggregate.
• The upper part of the bench can be put to the vertical position so as to allow glass loading.
• There are many castor balls mounted to the lower part to allow free movement of glass.
• Glass sheet loading is done on this bench. Operator raises the table to vertical position and loads the glass. The table is then tilted to horizontal position and the transfer of the glass is started freely on the castor balls conveyor.
