Oscillating Cup Brushes Scrubbing Section (optional)

• When special high cleanliness is required, oscillating cup brush section would be installed in between the entrance section and the cylindrical brush washing section.
• Each scrubbing unit consists of series of upper and lower cup brushes in traverse alignment, one rotary motor, one oscillating motor, one water pump, two water pipes with sprinkle nozzles and loop circulating piping.
• Both upper and lower scrubbing units oscillate in transverse direction perpendicular to the glass travel direction. This design would result in excellent glass cleaning performance.
• The cup brushes could be adjusted up and down for the compensation of bristles when they become wear and tear.
• The rotary motor is used for the high speed rotation of cup brushes.
• The oscillating motor is used to move the scrubbing unit to and fro.
• If necessary, cerium oxide polishing powder is added in the water for better performance.
