IG-RT is specially design to apply sealant around insulated glass edges in easier and faster ways with better seal and better looking.

Structure

Rotating Table Top

It is a rotating metal structure panel painted with varnish. There are two ways to control rotation by means of foot pedals. It could rotate continuously in 360 degrees. It could also rotate step by step. Table top could be raised up or lower down according to operator convenience. There are vacuum suction cups to hold glass in position during sealing. There are four supporting rolls at the end of four extendable arms which are withdrawn inside table top. When sealing large pane of insulated glass, four extension arms are elongated until arm lengths are long enough to hold glass in position.

Table Stand

It is a metal structure table stand design painted with varnish. Table top could rotate.

Motor

A motor and a gear reducer are hidden beneath the table. It is used to drive and rotate the table top in proper speed.
