• IG-PT press table is a ball caster metal structure.
• A pair of flat bar opens or closes pneumatically.
• Glass is freely moved on caster balls until glass edge is in between top and bottom flat bars.
• Glass is press and hold in position when flat bars close.
• After one glass edge is sealed, flat bars release the glass which is then turned for next edge until all edges are well sealed.
• There is an overhead guide rail above flat bars. Sealant extruder is usually placed next to press table. Extended cables and hoses of the extruder are usually hung on the overhead rail. During sealing along glass edges, sealing gun moves. Extended cables and hoses moves also along guide rail.
• This press table could be incorporated with any kinds of extruder, single part or two parts. It is also applicable for single seal or dual seals insulating glass units.
• This pressing design speeds up sealing at lesser labor force.
• This simple structure is almost maintenance free.
