IG-OHC Keeps Frames Non-Sticky & Dimensionally Non-Distorted

Spacer bar is connected into frame. It is then coated with butyl. The frame is then ready for assembly in between two pieces of glass. Frames are fragile and sticky. If frames are piled up, they may physically distorted and/or stick with each other by butyl.

IG-OHC is a movable overhead structure with hangers where frames are hung over. The conveyor is usually put somewhere between butyl extruding machine and PVB Assembly Line. When spacer frames are applied with butyl, they are immediately hung over on hangers. The design prevents frame from distortion and/or sticking. The hangers also convey towards the PVB Assembly Line where operators could unload the frames easily and assembly in between two pieces of glass.
