Ultra Light

Probably one of the smallest and lightest glass coating deletion handheld device available in the market. It is compact and small. Light weight allows operator to use the tool for long time without feeling tire.

Pneumatic Power

It is a handheld pneumatic de-coating tool to remove low-e coating on glass edges absolutely free of electricity. It looks like an ordinary tool available in market, but it is unique. It is specially design for low-e edge de-coat with proper low-e removing wheel. No electricity power is required.

Pneumatic Motor Spindle

Pneumatic high speed motor is specially design for low-e edge deletion. This durable motor drives spindle directly. Sufficient enough torque is generated to drive low-e coating removal wheel. Sophisticated spindle is free of maintenance. This spindle is made with the best available parts and components with precise tolerances. A fast connector is design at the end of spindle for easy mounting and dismantling of low-e removal wheel. Motor case is strong and painted with very fine water proof varnish. Motor spindle is also a handle. The handle is small. Operator easily grips it. Handle surface is texturize. Operator easily holds it tight and would not slip.

Broad-Brimmed Stopper

Unlike stoppers of traditional handheld glass coating edge deleting tool, there is only one stopper in our tool and, it is very tiny. Thanks to its ingenious broad-brimmed design, the tiny stop manages to hold glass edge steadily during edge deleting. Stopper is made of anti-abrasive plastic. It is mounted with strong screw and nut on metal plates connected to tool’s main body. Stopper is adjustable for easy manipulation during operation. The stopper is used to press against and along glass edge during coating deletion. It is a guide for operator to move the tool along glass edge. This simple but reliable design guarantee edge width deletion is consistent along glass edges.

Transparent Plastic Protective Cover

A hemi-cylinder transparent plastic cover protects spindle and wheel from accidentally contact with operator, It is also used to prevent removal coating residual from dusting.

Protective Guard

A metal protector separates motor from spindle and wheel. An easy grip metal handle is bolted on the metal protector. It is very easy to manipulate the handheld tool with both metal handle and motor handle.

Standard Pneumatic Connector

At the end of the motor lies pneumatic hose connector. It is standard connector with standard size. It can be easily connected to buyer provided air compressor with quick fastener.
