Inlet & Outlet Conveyors
Vertical design rack is very easy for glass loading and unloading. There is bottom conveyor belt where glass is supported and driven. The rack is very useful especially when processing large glass pane.
Vertical Bridges
There are one front bridge and one rear bridge. They are reinforced and sturdy. Motor spindles are attached on bridges. They run vertically up and down along the bridges.
Axis
There are 5 axis, X, Y, V, Z and W. Y- and V-axis transmission mechanisms are installed on vertical bridges. X-, Z- and W-axis are linear movements traveling on guide rails by means of high precision ball screw. Each of axis functions as follows,
- X-axis:Glass Horizontal Movement
- Y-axis:Vertical Up & Down of One Spindle Motor
- V-axis:Vertical Up & Down of Another Spindle Motor
- W-axis:Feeding & Retreating of One Motor Spindle
- Z-axis:Feeding & Retreating of Another Motor Spindle
Electro-Spindles
It is core heart of glass drilling and routing machine. High and constant torque output greatly improves processing speed and enables applications of versatile tooling in larger diameters. Tools are attached to electro-spindles. This extremely high precision spindle reduces drastically tool inertia when running at high rotational speed. It thus improves acceleration and deceleration of spindles traveling. Water coolant runs in spindle core maximizing cooling efficiency.
Water Cooling System
It is used to cool down tools and work pieces. It comes with water pump and stainless steel water tank for recycling.
Tool Station
Tool station is a tool centre where popular tools are kept. There are two tool stations, one at left of while another at right. Working head travels to the station to pick up a certain tool for processing. When it is completed, working head travels back to station to return back the tool. Another tool is picked up for subsequent processing.
CNC System
Carefully selected professional numerical control system integrated with user friendly PC Window operating interface. The system is equipped with CD-Rom and USB drivers, colour monitor, keyboard and mouse. Processing status is shown real time in monitor. The system comes with necessary port for accessing to internet. Remote diagnostic is available for real time monitoring. Programming edit is allowed when machine is in operation.
