Operation
- Cutting heads are moved along bridges until requested cutting widths are obtained.
- The air fan is switched on and air cushion on cutting bed is created. Glass is loaded on cutting table and is freely moved on the cutting bed for positioning.
- When it is positioned, the air fan is reversely rotated until the glass is firmly held by means of vacuum.
- Move one of the bridges over the glass. This forward movement does not cut glass. Then the bridge is reversely moved over the glass to perform the first cut. Move another bridge over the glass. Then the bridge is reversely moved over the glass to perform the second or last cut.
- The glass is unloaded and is ready for breakout. If breakout bars are equipped on cutting table, breaking out could be performed on cutting table right after cutting.
