Automatic Heating Control
It is a control system which could store and repeat heating profiles of all types of bent glass. When optimal heating profile of a certain type of bend glass is obtained manually at its first time, heating parameters are stored in computer as a file. When bending of this glass is required in future, file is re-loaded from computer memory. Heating profile is then carried out automatically. This option is helpful when large batch of a certain type of bend glass is required such as automotive windshield.
Descending of Heating Resistors
Heating Resistors could be designed such that they descend to get close to glass to have it heated in a better and efficient way. This is useful especially for glass with large bending depth with small radius of curvature. Heaters above areas with small radius of curvature descend getting close to those areas required much heating. This prevents middle of part of glass from overheating and forming unwanted glass sag.
Bottom Heating Resistors
If necessary, bottom of heating chambers could be installed with heating resistors for particular bending purposes.
Pre-Heating
This option is applicable only in GBO-A-E and GBO-A-F. Additional heating resistors could be equipped inside cooling stations. When glass is at cooling station, heating resistors are turned on to pre-heat glass until it reaches certain temperature and is ready to enter into heating/bending station. Duration of glass remaining inside heating/bending station is sharply reduced. This increases productivity.
Extra Platform with Scissor Elevator
This option is applicable only in GBO-A-G. This option doubles productivity. While one certain procedure of one glass is being carried out, another glass could be loaded, heated, bent, annealed, cooled or unloaded. Extra rail tracks are provided to allow two platforms moving freely between loading / unloading areas and heating chamber without jam.
