The machine consists of loading section, washing section, drying section, unloading sectiona and power cabinet. It comes with a powerful air blower creating proper amount of air quantity and air pressure to dry the glass thoroughly. It is ideal machine for glass washing and drying where mass production and glass cleanlily are the major concern. The water tanks are made of in stainless steel.

1) The main conveyer is gear-conveying and driven by frequency conversion motor with the digital convey speed displayer.

2) Stainless steel is used for water contacting part. At the charging section there is a watering tube and a water accumulation pan of stainless steel.

3) The box upper section of drying section and washing section can rise up. The thickness of glass is showing on a digital displayer.

4) Storage water tank is equipped with rolling wheel, convenience to maintain and wash.

5) Cotton for silencing on certain part of upper and lower drying section can reduce noise and make better environment.

6) The layout of wind knife: the first is straight wind knife and the second is slanting wind knife. Wind knife is made of stainless steel. Hot wind temperature displays digitally constant temperature automatically.
