Horizontal Flat Tempering Furnace

The quality of our tempering furnace is proven after years and years of practical operation. The heating and quenching systems are made use of the most latest technology.

Thanks to the sophisticated heating control system and the most advanced design of heating element and heat distribution inside the furnace, the glass heating is guarantee to be evenly distributed throughout the complete glass surface and across the glass thickness as well.

The quenching system and the nozzle as well are specially designed such that the glass is quenched at the most optimum condition.

The tempered glass is distortion free and the optical quality is perfect. The flatness is excellent such that it can't tell the different with the float glass before tempering.
