GENERAL
The chemical strengthen glass
system described here and below would produce
top quality strengthen glass with the most advanced
technology.
TECHNICAL FEATURE
1. The equipment consists of
two pre-heating chambers, one chemical ion exchange
tank, two glass racks and one platform on top
floor.
2. The pre-heating chamber is
made of steel plate with ceramic fiber insulation.
Each chamber has one blower on the top for hot
air circulation. The temperature is controlled
by automatic program. The top and bottom covers
of the chamber can be opened and closed controlled
automatically for the access of glass rack.
A hydraulic system is equipped to lift up and
lower down the glass rack. These two pre-heating
chamber locates on the top floor of the equipment
and are able to move right or left on rail.
There is a staircase which access to the platform
on the top floor.
3. The chemical ion exchange
tank is made of #304 stainless steel box insulated
by ceramic fiber. Temperature is controlled
by program automatically. During the start up,
the potassium salt takes about 24 hours to fully
melted.
4. The #304 stainless steel
glass rack is used for glass loading. The two
racks can be lifted up and lowered down.
PRODUCTION PROCEDURE
1. One of the glass rack is
on floor. Glass is loaded onto the rack which
is then lifted up by means of hydraulic system
to one of the pre-heating chamber through the
access of the bottom cover. After the bottom
cover is closed, the glass is then pre-heated.
When it is ready, this pre-heating chamber is
moved, with glass rack inside, right above the
chemical ion exchange tank through rail. Then,
the bottom cover is opened and the glass rack
is lowered down into the chemical ion exchange
tank by hydraulic system. Then the chemical
ion exchanging is started.
2. Meanwhile, glass is loaded
in another rack. The glass rack is lifted up
to another pre-heating chamber through the access
of the bottom cover. Then the bottom cover is
closed.
3. After the chemical ion exchanging
is completed, the first glass rack is lifted
up to the first pre-heating chamber which is
moved sideward and then lower down onto floor
ready for glass unloading.
4. Meanwhile, the pre-heating
of the glass inside second glass rack is completed.
It is then lowered down into the chemical ion
exchange tank for ion exchanging.
5. The cycle is repeated.
