| The silvering production line
adopts the chemical plating method, i.e., plating
silver coating, brass coating, and then painting
one or two layer of high performance mirror back
paint . In this production line the glass is wash
at both entrance and exit. It is plated silver,
brass, and then painted, and dried. The products
which come from the exit can be immediately packed.
The whole production line is controlled by computer,
and the key units are all foreign famous brand
products, which ensures the line's working stability
and reliability and meanwhile make sure to produce
the top-quality first class silver mirror. |
