This machine is used to create pattern on the glass surface by injecting hard sand liked material under extremely high pressure. It is also suitable to mark logo or to sand blast the complete surface of the glass such that it becomes translucent suitable for partition or shower door.

This is an upgraded machine which has no more silo for the storage and recycle of the sand liked material. The old fashion design would consume more material and thus, increase production cost. In our machine, the sand like material is put inside the sand blasting chamber such that the sand like material is recycle inside the chamber until it is completely used up. With this kind of design, no wastage nor any contamination shall be created during the operation. Consequently, lower production cost and higher glass surface quality.

The machine comes with a highly efficient dust collector which is capable to remove all particle thoroughly.
