This machine is suitable for sand blasting surface of flat glass. The max. processing glass width is 1000mm, glass length is not limited. In production, glass along with conveying belt uniform motion through sand blasting room, spray gun to and fro pendulum blasting by motor driven, it can assure processed glass surface even and identical. It sets turbo-separator, which can come true grinding material and powder effective to separate, ensuring products high quality and efficiency. Furthermore, it saves grinding machine consumption. Independent exhaust dust removal system is effective to clear up dispersed powder, to prevent leaking out.

Processing Method

1. Regulating spray gun location as per glass width, to satisfy different size of glass to be sand blast demand.
2. Open power switch, lighting lamp is bright.
3. Startup exhaust dust removal system motor.
4. Glass along with conveying belt uniform motion through sand blasting room, spray gun to and fro pendulum blasting by motor driven.
5. Then glass will entry wind room for blowing rest sand on glass surface, glass will be transport as per conveying direction, worker take down well processed glass.
6. This machine needs four operators. (One for put, one for down)

Main Structure

It is consisted of main machine, turbo-separator, dust removal and relevant electric pipeline.

1. Main machine

In this section, it is composed of sand blasting room, wind room, spray gun swinging structure, spray gun and belt conveying machine. Room body is weld by 3mm cold rolling steel plate, internal and external surface will be spray plastic.

There is 9 pieces of spray guns in sand blasting room, a group of spray gun make to and fro pendulum along with spray gun swinging structure. It sets wind room in two sides of sand blasting room., and set movable flashboard at exit and enter. Under satisfy glass to pass successfully, meanwhile, it can make exit and enter space small as much as possible.

Spray gun swinging motor and belt conveying motor can come true frequency conversion regulation, to satisfy customer request.

2. Spray gun

This machine sets 9 pieces of spray gun, collocate import boron carbide spout, spout diameter is φ8mm orφ6mm.

3. One set of turbo-separator

This body adopts 3mm cold rolling steel plate, spray plastic on internal and external surface.

4. One set of dust removal box

It is composed of dust settling pocket, centrifugal blower, dust collector, cylinder. Box is weld by 2mm cold steel plate spray plastic on internal and external surface.

Outer dimension: 1200 (L) x 1200 (W) x 1800 (H) mm.
Number of hop-pocket is 42.

Electric system

It is composed of filter, pressure meter, pressure regulator valve, electromagnetism valve, motor and relevant pipeline control elements. Total Equipment power is 7.8KW.

1. Spray gun swinging motor (regulating motor) power: 0.4 KW, running proportion: 1:10;
2. Exhaust motor: 5.5 KW
3. Conveying motor: 0.75KW, regulator motor running proportion: 1:100
4. Frequency conversion: 0.4KW 0.75KW

Compressed air system

Sand blasting pressure can be adjust as per processing requested, pressure is about 5- 8 bar, each of spray gun is control by separate pressure regulator valve, furthermore, it has pressure meter display the pressure parameter, dried compress air flux is about 9 m3/min.

Prepare 50 pi compressor, 2 cube air reservoir and drying machine
Efficiency of processing: 0.6-1.5 m2/min
