| Since the annealing and cooling take so long
and thus, the production capacity is quite low.
Thanks to our UNIQUE design, the productivity
could be increased sharply. We provide an optional
extra thermo insulated chamber. The process is
described as follows.
1. The fusing kiln comes with a thermo insulated
chamber. Glass is loaded inside this chamber.
2. Chamber is moved inside the kiln for heating
up and fusing.
3. Meanwhile, the extra thermo insulated chamber
is loaded with another batch of glass.
4. After the glass inside the kiln has been
fused, the extra chamber is moved into the kiln
while the standard chamber is moved out of the
kiln for off line annealing and cooling.
With one extra chamber, the production capacity
is double. If you want to increase more than
double productivity, you could have more extra
chambers.
