When we want to load bending fixture or glass, the platform is lower down for easy loading of bending fixture and glass. Then the platform raises up so that the platform seals the bottom of the heating chamber. Heating is then started.

When the heating cycle is completed, the platform starts to lower down for glass annealing and cooling until the complete cycle is achieved. The platform is completely lower down and the glass is unloaded and the next glass is loaded. The cycle is then repeated.

This type of furnace is specially designed for high production. It has three chambers. The heating chamber is located at the middle station. The bending fixture is loaded on a wagon at either side of the heating chamber. Then glass is loaded on bending fixture. The wagon is moved into the middle heating chamber for heating. Meanwhile, another bending fixture and glass are loading onto another wagon which situated in the other side of the heating chamber. When the bending cycle is completed, the wagon inside the heating chamber is moved out and meanwhile, the wagon with bending fixture and glass ready is moved inside the heating chamber to continue the heating cycle. The bend glass is unloaded and the next glass is loaded.
